Peter Andre hasn’t found the time to watch his ex-wife Katie Price on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! – he’s too busy pumping iron in the gym.
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker is a devout fan of the reality series but he hasn’t tuned in since his glamour model ex began her second stint in the Australian jungle earlier this week.
In a post on his Twitter.com page, Andre told fans, “I know a lot of you have asked me about my thoughts on I’m a Celeb but unfortunately this year I haven’t seen it.
“I do love the show but once the kids are in bed I hit the gym (at home), or like tonight I was working.”
The couple, who divorced in September, met when they both appeared on the 2004 version of the celebrity competition.
The Australian singer was due to head back to his native country to cover the programme as a correspondent on This Morning, but he pulled out of the role after Price agreed to head back to the camp – in exchange for a hefty £350,000 pay cheque.
Price claims she’s returned to the series to find closure following her split from Andre.
